Form submitted · CRM received
Did the lead actually arrive in the CRM?
Lead SLA Monitor is a lead reliability monitor for PPC and lead generation agencies. It uses a real browser to submit a unique synthetic lead through a client’s website form, then checks whether that contact appears in the connected CRM. If the form succeeds but the CRM never receives the lead, the agency is alerted.
One clear signal: did the lead arrive?
Lead arrived · tracking incomplete
Form submitted · CRM not received
How it works
A repeatable delivery check follows the lead from the public form to the connected CRM, then returns a result your team can act on.
Open the real client form
A scheduled browser check follows the same public form a real prospect sees.
Send a synthetic lead
Each run uses a unique test identity so the delivery result can be found safely.
Find it in the CRM
The monitor looks for the matching contact in the agency’s connected CRM.
Pass or alert
A verified contact passes. Two consecutive delivery failures open an incident.
What we check
Form success and CRM contact found. Tracking is diagnostic, not a success condition.
A single CRM miss is retried. Two consecutive business failures create an incident and alert the agency.
What we do not do
Reliable monitoring depends on predictable rules, not risky automation.
CAPTCHA
We stop and report a configuration issue. We never attempt to bypass it.
CRM data
We do not delete contacts. Synthetic leads are clearly tagged for cleanup.
Uncertain actions
We do not guess, auto-heal selectors, or click elements we cannot verify.
FAQ
Short answers about how lead delivery monitoring behaves.
What does Lead SLA Monitor check?
It submits a synthetic lead through the client’s real website form and verifies that the contact appears in the CRM.
Does a missing tracking pixel mean the lead failed?
No. Tracking is diagnostic. Critical means the lead did not arrive in the CRM after the form succeeded.
Will this delete test contacts from the CRM?
No. V2 does not delete CRM contacts. Test leads are tagged for the client to clean up.
What happens if the site has CAPTCHA?
Recording and runs stop. The system reports a configuration issue. It will not bypass CAPTCHA.
When do you alert the agency?
After two consecutive business failures. A single CRM miss triggers a retry, not an incident.
Is PASS/FAIL decided by AI?
No. AI may suggest where to look. PASS/FAIL comes from deterministic rules.
